Not everyone is given the tools to handle the chaos of life, but together, I hope to help you learn how to grow strong roots to keep you steady and to find joy in the face of the storms life brings.
I specialize in trauma-informed care and work at the pace my clients set. I work with individuals across the life span including children, teens, adults, and families. Whether we are utilizing play therapy techniques to promote emotional expression, Internal Family Systems techniques (IFS) to unburden the parts of us still holding onto trauma or applying Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to improve your emotional regulation, I focus on helping you realize your potential for peace, strength, and resilience.
"I believe in the power of authenticity in sessions; we are all human, and we are all doing the best we can. I often find that people connect and grow the most when they know that I am human too, and that I have at one point used or still use many of the techniques I teach."
