How many sessions do I need to attend?
This depends on each client. The initial intake and first session are recommended to occur within 10 days. After that, clients can decide the best care for them and consult with the therapist. Most clients attend on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
What methods are used in psychotherapy?
Our group is adaptive to many theories used in the therapy process. CBT, Interpersonal, Existential, Gestalt, Solution-Focused, REBT, Adlerian, and Functional Family Therapy models are just a few of the approaches that we use. Our group is diverse and skilled in may areas to treat an expansive population of clients.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Our therapists make every effort to return your call for intake within 24 hours. Depending on availability, we can book an intake session within 7-14 days of initial consult call.
What hours are you available?
Our office hours are typically Monday-Thursday and out therapists accommodate a variety of times within these days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment of Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Personal Check, and HSA card authorized for mental health transactions.
How much does a session cost?
Our session rates vary. The average cost per session is $125 for individual sessions and $150 for couples rates. Initial assessment session fees may be higher, depending on services requested. When you contact us, we will go over rates with you and discuss accommodations that can be made if you choose to self-pay for services. If you are using insurance, we will confirm your information prior to your session and notify you of any expected charges.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Cigna, Aetna, Optum, Tricare, and United Healthcare insurance plans. We also work with several Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services including Health Advocate, Compsych/Guidance Resources, New Directions, ESI, and ACI.
